Lovely, traditional country home set on the edge of a picturesque village in the Luberon National Park.

The property sits within 5,000 m² of private grounds with lawns and olive grove.

Private pool of 10m x 5m with sun terrace and poolside summer kitchen with fridge freezer, BBQ, oven and hob, shaded dining table and chairs. WC, shower and hand basin.

Charming interior with living / dining room and kitchen opening to the rear terrace and garden.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Internet access and table tennis.

Two restaurants in the village, 2 to 5 minutes walk from the house. Bread van comes every day.

Further amenities in nearby Saint-Martin and Viens or everything you'll need is in the charming town of Apt, just 10 minutes away.

Discreet, French owners live in independent accommodation on site. Available for help / advice only if required.

These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.
For this property tourist taxes are due between 01 January and 31 December and will not exceed € 2.53 per adult per night.

The property is located in the picturesque, small village of Caseneuve in the Luberon National Park, 10 minutes from Apt.

Two restaurants in the village (one a 2 minute walk, the other a 5 minute walk) and daily bread van.

Further amenities in Saint-Martin and Viens, 5 minutes drive or Apt with supermarkets, all shops, café bars and restaurants etc.

Beautiful countryside surrounds the property, making up part of the Luberon Park.

Many charming towns to visit with street markets and local produce.

Don't miss visits to nearby Orange, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Ansouis and the Verdon Gorges.

It's our third holiday in Caseneuve. We love this village. This time we came with our friends in this very large house. The property has trees and is located in a very quiet setting, really nice, the ideal for a nice rest. We were 8 and it was really comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the outside kitchen a lot, we spent great evenings there. There are nice trips to make in the region. We will come back again for sure. The owners are friendly and attentive. Bravo! We are very thankful.

The house perfectly matches the details and is even nicer than on the photos! The owners who live next door maintain it with great care. High quality facilities. Spacious interiors, very clean and decorated with taste. The outside kitchen is well equipped, the pool safe and heated (very appreciated in September). A 5,000 m² garden located in the Lubéron with an ideal climate. Caseneuve is a very good base to explore the region, the perched villages, close to the Provençal Colorado. We highly recommend this house for one or several families for very good holidays! Thank you to the owners. See you soon.

We very much enjoyed our one-week stay in this splendid bastide. Very comfortable and well-furnished indoors. We stayed outside most of the stay in an exceptional and very quiet setting, a garden with trees and above all, a great and large swimming pool. We have been very warmly welcomed by the owners, they recommended nearby restaurants and we enjoyed a homemade tapenade. We recommend the bastide for quiet holidays in a very beautiful region.

We have spent 2 wonderful weeks with our children and grandchildren in this beautiful bastide. Very clean, super well equipped indoors and outdoors. We had all our meals outside, this was really nice.
Large and great swimming pool, sun loungers with cushions.
Table tennis, boulodrome.
Large bedrooms cool enough thanks to the thick walls.
The owners are very kind and attentive.
In short, a very nice family stay in a wonderful area.
We will be back.
