A Taste Of Provence - green tapenade

A holiday in Provence? Here is a great recipe for green tapenade; Ingredients

400g green olives 5 anchovy fillets 2 tablespoons of capers 3 tablespoons of olive oil 1 clove of garlic 1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice


In a blender, put drained olives, anchovies, capers, crushed clove of garlic. Mix well. Add juice and olive oil. Mix. Serve with country bread or breadsticks.
