Almond Fig Tart
It's fig season so let's make the most of it !
Easy to prepare, the Almond Fig Tart
Ingredients: 1 shortcrust pastry 50g caster sugar 50g ground almonds 1 egg 10 cl of fresh cream 10/12 fresh figs
Preperation 1- Bake the shortcrust pastry placed in the mold for 10 min at 180° 2- Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar. When the mixture has whitened, add the almond powder and the crème fraîche. Mix everything together and place it in the bottom of the pie. 3- Wash and once dry cut the figs in half and place them on the cream. 4- Place in the oven at 220° for 30 min.
