Apple and Marscapone cake
Ingredients
250g mascarpone 250g of flour 150g of sugar 4 eggs 3 apples 2 squeezed limes 1 packet of dry yeast Whipped cream
Preparation
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with the sugar. Add the mascarpone and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour in the lemon juice. Add flour and yeast. Mix until you get a smooth paste. Peel the apples and cut them into small dices. Add them to the batter and mix. Preheat the oven to 180° and butter the mold for easy unmolding with butter and flour. Pour in the batter. Leave to cook for about an hour.
The whipped cream is an accompaniment.
