Apricot clafoutis summer recipe

An easy and seasonal recipe for this summer, the apricot clafoutis.

Ingredients

  • 33 cl of milk

  • 50g of butter

  • 3 eggs

  • 150g of sugar

  • Brown sugar

  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

  • Natural vanilla flavor

Préparation

  • Wash, pit and quarter the apricots.

  • Butter a dish and place the apricots. Sprinkle the brown sugar

  • Preheat oven to thermostat 6.

  • Melt the butter.

  • Mix flour and sugar. Add the eggs, stir. Add the milk and finally the melted butter. Stir well. Add natural the vanilla flavour.

  • Cover the apricots with the mixture. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar.

  • Put in the oven for 45 min, thermostat 6.
