Do you practice yoga at home? Studios remain closed in France during confinement. What do you use for your online courses? At Pure France, we have been following Patrick Frapeau's Ashtanga yoga online classes since confinement. And every Saturday take part in the 1st guided series.

Patrick Frapeau

Patrick Frapeau lives in Paris. He is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher. He licensed Level 2 by Sharath Jois. Patrick is the founder of Mysore practice in Paris. Patrick has made many extended stays at the KPJAYI in Mysore. It is the birthplace of Ashtanga Yoga, the benchmark school run by Pattabhi Jois and now his grandson Sharath Jois.


Zoom is a platform that ensures online yoga classes, students and teacher see each other and can communicate. Also, whether you live in Occitanie, Perpignan, Narbonne, Montpellier or Toulouse or in PACA, Marseille or Nice, online courses enable you to take part in the classes.

On-line classes

Wednesday 10am - 11.30am: Pranayama Bandha Asana Friday 10am - 12pm: online ashtanga course intermediate- advanced level (ideal for yoga teachers) Saturday 8.30am - 10.0am: 1st guided ashtanga series
