Autumn Recipe: Pumpkin Risotto

Autumn, let's enjoy the pumpkin in all its forms. An easy to make recipe, pumpkin risotto.

This dish will warm you up with its colours and creamy texture.

For 4 people. Preparation: about 40 minutes

Ingredients: 350g of rice 1/2 chicken broth 40g of butter 1 glass of milk Grated parmesan a little chopped parsley 500g pumpkin 1 white onion Preparation: Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut it into thin slices Chop the onion and brown it in 20g of butter. Add the potion, cook over low heat, stirring and pouring the bolt little by little When the pumpkin is done again, pour in the rice and cook for 18 minutes, adding broth as it is absorbed. Add the milk, stir over the rice, add the pepper, parsley and parmesan. Mix everything well.
