Buckwheat pancakes, a gourmet breakfast
To change from traditional pancakes, we have prepared the recipe for sweet buckwheat pancakes, for a snack or a gourmet breakfast. Sugar, chocolate, jam, prepare your garnish to taste this homemade preparation.

Recipe for 6 people:
250 g buckwheat flour
250g white wheat flour
100g butter or oil
6 eggs
50 cl of milk
In a bowl add the flour, eggs, then mix. Gradually incorporate the milk and add the oil or butter. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare your nicest pan, add a little butter and cook the pancakes for about 1 minute on each side.
All that's left to do is taste...
