Foods to eat the day after a party. After an evening of excess and perhaps very boozy, certain foods will help us recover our full health more quickly. In the morning, avoid drinking citrus juice because it is too acidic and coffee because it maintains dehydration. Instead, prefer a glass of water or herbal tea.
