Foods to eat the day after a party.

After an evening of excess and perhaps very boozy, certain foods will help us recover our full health more quickly.

In the morning, avoid drinking citrus juice because it is too acidic and coffee because it maintains dehydration. Instead, prefer a glass of water or herbal tea.

  • Eggs

They are recommended because they contain cysteine, which promotes the breakdown of a toxin present in alcohol.

  • Tomatoes

Do they reduce inflammation of the liver? You can add olive oil.

  • A vegetable broth

Vegetable broth facilitates rehydration.

  • Bananas

The banana allows the replenishment of potassium. An anti-fatigue booster.

  • Honey

Honey contains fructose which helps digest alcohol.
