Goat cheese and rosemary tomato crumble recipe

Pure France offers you an easy and quick vegetarian recipe, goat cheese and rosemary tomato crumble.


  • 250g cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 sprigs of rosemary

  • 50g flour

  • Salt

  • Peppar

  • 2 shallots

  • 250g fresh goat cheese

  • 50g salted butter


  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes and empty them

  2. Chop the shallots and add the tomatoes. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper

  3. Prepare the crumble dough by mixing the butter, flour and rosemary (chopped with your fingertips) until you obtain a sandy mixture. Pepper

  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Divide the tomato and shallot mixture into the ovenproof dishes. Place slices of fresh cheese on top and then the crumble

  5. Bake for 15 to 20 mins.
