How to make your own milk chocolate?

Recipe for making your own milk chocolate.

Ingredients:

• 100g of butter

• 1 glass of whole milk

• 3-4 tablespoons of cocoa

• 2/3 glass of sugar or less

• 200g powdered milk

Preparation:

  1. Boil a glass of milk in a small saucepan. Add 100g of butter and stir until dissolved.

  2. Pour 2/3 glass of sugar and 3 or 4 tablespoons of cocoa. Stir until a dark brown liquid of uniform consistency forms.

  3. Pour it into a bowl and add 200 g of powdered milk. Mix until all lumps are gone.

  4. Pour the ready mass into a flat mold and put it in the refrigerator. Wait for it to harden. Cut the chocolate into pieces.Bonne dégustation!
