Pumpkin cream recipe

Are you going to get together with family or friends for the holidays? Here is an idea for a recipe that is easy to pepare and in season.

Pumpkin cream for 4 people.

Ingredients:

1 pumpkin A few chestnut in a nut bowl.

Preparation:

Wash the pumpkin and remove any roughness with a knife.

Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds.

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and place them in a saucepan with water just to cover the pieces.

Bring to the boil and heat for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes check with the tip of a knife that the flesh is soft.

Mix the pieces until you obtian a cream.

Roast the hazelnuts in a pan and chop them into small pieces.

Place in a soup plate and pour chestnut crumbs into the pumpkin cream.

Add pieces of hazelnuts. You can pour walnut oil on top, salt and pepper.
