A stunning sea view on the Côte d’Azur

Our family home is available to rent all year round, it has the most stunning sea views from both behind and in front of the house and many people say it's one of the best on the Côte d’Azur.

The saline infinity pool is very special, it looks onto the bay of Cannes, the islands and all the way up the Cap d'Antibes.

The house is located next to the famous Palais de Bulles which features in 'Absolutely Fabulous the Movie' and is allegedly the 3rd most expensive house on the market in the world, owned by the fashion designer Pierre Cardin.

Our house is approximately 6 miles West of Cannes, great for its nightlife and there is always something to look at, from private jets coming into Mandelieu in the distance to the most beautiful super yachts cruising by and Cannes fireworks weekly in season.

The back of the house also has a sea view and looks onto the hilltop village of Le Trayas, Port de la Figuerette surrounded by the famous red rocks and the nature reserve, the Esterel.

The house is within easy driving distance of many places of cultural interest but is also located on the edge of the Esterel National Park.

It is fabulous for mountain biking (you can even rent electric ones in the village), for walking or even wild boar spotting! The beach is a 10 minutes walk away, the shops and restaurants are a short drive along the spectacular coast road. There are also several tennis courts and Golf courses nearby.
