Ballet Preljocaj - Swan Lake
Voluble arms, multiplied whiteness and thwarted loves in the middle of the skyscrapers of our contemporary metropolises. Angelin Preljocaj takes over Swan Lake as he knows how: with audacity and respect. Dusted of course, but not denatured. It's all there: the magnificent mirror effects of the second act, the precision of the group choreography – 26 dancers on stage! –, verticality and purity. And of course, the love story between Odette and Prince Siegfried.
The Ballet Preljocaj is on tour in France with Le Lac des Cygnes.
