Founded in 1868, the Cabanel shop offers artisanal alcohols and spirits in the heart of Carcassonne. Cabanel products were first created by Joseph Cabanel in 1868. In a period setting combining tradition and authenticity, you will be offered a range of wines and spirits from all over the Carcassonnaise region, and also from all over the world.

Creams/liqueurs from Cabanel

These creams are well known and appreciated in the region. They are Cabanel's flagship drinks. Crème de Menthe, Lemon, or even Mandarin... they are very pleasant to drink with ice cubes.
