The French Surf Federation has awarded Biarritz 3 stars (out of 3 stars) thanks to its investment in the discipline, with its 18 welcoming surf schools for beginners and advanced surfers. In addition, major brands such as: Quiksilver, Billabong and Rip Curl are located around Biarritz.
