1) The City of Carcassonne

You may have asked yourself the question? 3 kilometers of ramparts and 52 towers! Welcome to the Cité de Carcassonne. The largest fortified city in Europe. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the famous medieval city of Aude, admirably restored in the 19th century by the architect Eugène Viollet-le-Duc, is one of the most visited destinations in France.

Ideal for a historic stroll, to enjoy a meal in one of the restaurants or to buy souvenirs of this unique destination.

From June to August, you can book your tickets for the Famous Carcassonne Festival. There will be something for everyone: with concerts with great world-famous artists, classical music, theater, dance and various French varieties.

2) The Canal du Midi

Linking Toulouse to the Mediterranean Sea since the 17th century, you can walk along the Canal du Midi. Shaded walk, bike or aboard a boat, you will have the pleasure of discovering the Canal du Midi.
