Chateau Pennautier

Jewel of the Cabardès appellation, a place of history, Château de Pennautier is a family estate that promotes Languedoc wines. Vineyard and historic monuments have been passed down through the generations from 1620 until today. Nicolas and Miren de Lorgeril continue their quest for excellence. Their wines, fine and harmonious, reveal all the complexity of the limestone terroirs of the Montagne Noire subject to Atlantic and Mediterranean influences. A land of meeting and blending, the wines find their balance in the wide variety of grape varieties used. Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Grenache, combine to deliver deep and gourmet wines, capable of revealing the grandeur of the southern terroirs.
