Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the billiard room, the town and the wonderfully equipped kitchen.

We've had a fantastic holiday. The accommodation is perfect - quiet, peaceful and private. It has just the right mix of modern and classic. Great facilities (good Wi-Fi, great TV and everything in the kitchen we could need). The pool is great - kids loved it! The only downside was the weather - could have done with a bit more sun. Perhaps we'll come back another time and see if we get more lucky! Ian and Jean were really friendly, helpful and always there when you needed anything. A note from Franckie: the pool was great and I had a nice time with my family. xxx
The pool has been fantastic and it's such a beautiful garden and surrounding.
This was not our first visit to La Barde and yet again we have enjoyed a wonderful family holiday. The house has such character whilst being both spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well resourced and the sitting areas both inside and outside comfortably sit 10 people. The garden is beautiful and filled with an array of varied and colourful plants and shrubs whilst the pool is large and cleaned regularly by the owner. Yet again we enjoyed some lovely days out to Saint-Émilion, Brantôme and Cognac to name a few - and of course some pleasant evening drinks in Verteillac. Thank you - we have treasured memories of a fantastic holiday!
We had a fantastic stay. The house is absolutely lovely, the pool and garden likewise. Sarlat is superb with its old well preserved center. We loved just walking around there and have great meals in the restaurants (there are plenty).
We had an amazing family holiday in the house, brilliantly equipped for all ages. Mel was great both before and after the holiday. The pool was lovely and warm with lots of inflatables, sun loungers etc. Would love to go back.

We had a truly fantastic family holiday for 6 adults and 4 children in this wonderful house in this stunning location. The house is spacious, imaginative, inviting, well equipped and has everything needed for a break away from it all. We chose to eat outside for every meal and were able to make the most of the different perspectives and views that the house offers. We loved the cooler early mornings watching the cattle and buzzard, the shade of the trees or the pool house in the heat of the day and the breeze in the evenings as we watched the clear constellations above us. The owners, Richard and Gaye, had exactly the right balance of friendliness and attentiveness if needed tempered with discretion about our privacy. We didn't explore the area as much as we had intended because the house provides so much and we really do hope to plan another holiday here in the near future.
We'd kept everything crossed that the embarrassment of riches within the Pure France portfolio would turn up something magical and you didn't disappoint. We would be hard pressed to say definitively which we loved best - This is no holiday cottage, it's a much-loved and equipped home and we loved the distinction. Faultless on every level and precisely the tonic we needed. Thank you for such great service. We couldn't commend Pure France or Maison Charvin more highly.

Elegance and ease. The grounds have a great sense of fun for children to explore. Excellently Maintained A great pool area, sun and shaded areas so that there is something for everyone. Safe for the children and warm enough even for the wimps! nteresting information regarding the locality. Friendly, unobtrusive housework. Thank You! The apartment has amazing views and the balcony is such a lovely place to sit and relax whilst looking out to sea. It's so spacious and also has a dining table for al fresco meals. A huge supermarket is literally opposite the apartment. It's easy to get a train to the big resorts - Monte Carlo, Cannes and Nice. Trains are quick and if you nip upstairs you get fabulous views of the coast! We also recommend 'booking bikies' located at the marina. It's so easy to cycle around with dedicated cycle lanes along the whole coast. We cycled into Antibes twice, a lovely town and well worth a visit. The ride is completely flat and takes about 25 minutes. Great for an early morning run too! Along the seafront there are numerous restaurants and places to enjoy a drink.
Thanks to Marie-Christine and Olivier for their kindness, their availability and their excellent advice! The villa lives up to the photos and description and the location, in the heights of Saint-Raphaël, allows you to avoid the traffic down there! We recommend because we had a vacation as we hoped!
The house is at the top, it reflects the photos displayed. Very friendly and welcoming house. Ideal for trips between groups of friends or families.
The Pool is Fantastic. We definitely agree with all the positive feedback. Our stay was 5 star, the pool is fantastic, the lodging extremely comfortable and well laid out. Everything was available for a restful and rewarding stay thanks to our great and thoughtful hosts.
Our stay here has been most enjoyable. The villa is very comfortable and a pleasant mixture of modern and antique décor. The pool has been used every day, even though the weather has become a little cooler at the end of September. Bessan is well situated for visiting lots of interesting places. Almost a month of rest at Château Seyches, enjoying the serenity and silence of the countryside. We love old stones, which tell a piece of French history and Château Seyches did not disappoint us. We were very happy to spend our holidays and to relax here thanks to the silence of the countryside. All the best.

We all liked this house because of the pool and the bedrooms and especially the BIG BIG garden. We love that there is a pool table. The kids and adults love jumping in the pool. Hope we get to come here again. We all didn't want to leave.
Quick note to say thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful villa and the extended departure. We loved every minute and hope to be back next year. Gordes is magical but there is something special about La Borie.
The countryside and views are stunning. Total relaxations and happy memories to take back to Dublin.
