La Plage de la Garoupe, Cap d'Antibes
On the east side of the Cap d'Antibes peninsula lies a small cove with a lovely beach and two waterside restaurants with panoramic views over the bay towards Nice and Italy. It's a great spot for breakfast, sunbathing and swimming and a great lunch !
La Plage de la Garoupe sits at the end of a small lane at the entrance to the coastal walk around the Cap, 'Le Sentier du Littoral'.
It's one of the prettiest beaches along the coast with child-friendly, shallow swimming, fabulous views and two restaurants to choose from. 'Le Rocher is right on the beach and has a charming terrace with red sunshades. It serves as a café in the morning and then offers excellent Provençal lunches.
La Joliette is a more formal restaurant with a fabulous shaded terrace overlooking the bay. Full details here
