Franck Putelat is a French reference in terms of gastronomy.
His restaurant La table de Franck Putelat is located in Carcassonne and has two stars in the Michelin guide. He also manages his two brasseries La table du 2 in Nîmes as well as A quatre temps in Carcassonne.
Silver Bocuse in 2003, Franck Putelat obtained his 1st star at the Barbican in 2002, then his 2nd in 2012 at La Table de Franck Putelat.
Franck Putelat likes to invent. Inventing a kitchen for each season. Reinventing the classics, even diverting them: his Tarbouriech tartare and his duck foie gras bouillabaisse are among his signature dishes.
La Table du 2
La Table du 2 is a brasserie located in one of the most charming places in Nîmes. Facing the famous arenas, on the second floor of the Musée de la Romanité. The glass panels offer a privileged view of the amphitheater. 3 menus to choose from, not counting the à la carte dishes.
