Basilica
From the top of “the hill that prays”, the basilica dedicated to the Virgin Mary is classified as a historical monument. It is part of the Lyon site listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The interior of the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière is made up of two superimposed churches, with extraordinary volumes, accessible from the square. The church is decorated with 6 stained glass windows that provide natural light highlighting the rich decor of this emblematic basilica.
