Professionalism and efficient service.

This year was the third time we have stayed in 'Pure France' accommodation, and it was, as in past years - wonderful! Maison La Douve was exceptional - and our 'hostess', Mme Mauret was so welcoming and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it highly to all our friends. I would also like to thank the staff of 'Pure France' for their professionalism and prompt, efficient service. Your staff at the point of my initial phone enquiry were so friendly and helpful, email correspondence was always appropriate and timely, information and travel directions were very useful and clear, and follow up with my most recent enquiry was again so prompt, professional and courteous. Easily the best property we have stayed in.

The house is furnished in traditional French style, but not so much that it makes you feel uncomfortable. The stairgate at the top of the curved staircase was such a thoughtful addition, as were many other things to make the house child friendly. Kitchen very well stocked and as a bonus, a drinks fridge as well as the American fridge/freezer! The children’s favourite was the collection of blow-up and beach toys. The pool and garden are superb. A wonderful house for any family. Nice village, shops within walking distance and a very helpful maintenance man!

We have used Pure France for a number of years.

And are looking to book again for next year.

I think you and Purefrance.com should receive some kind of an award for customer service.
