Ten things to do in lockdown

The news is in we are confined for 4 weeks.

Whether you are alone or with your family, we have put together a list to help you spend your days better. We know how hard it is to be confined again ... But we have no choice, so we've put together a little list for you to help you pass the time faster.

1) Decorate your house or apartment

Even if it means spending 4 weeks at home, you might as well feel good in your house or apartment. You will find on the internet small DIY tutorials (youtube, pinterest ...) great decoration ideas. Quick to do with very little equipment and at a low cost. Let your imagination run wild and create a cozy little nest.

2) Cooking, baking

It is important to take care of yourself during this time and to eat well. So, why not cook up some healthy meals? Eating better to boost your immune system, while having fun ... Many recipes are available on the internet. Here are some

3) Gardening

If you are lucky enough to have a small balcony, or better ... a garden. With the arrival of sunny days and spring, take the opportunity to plant beautiful flowers, herbs or plants.

4) Exercise

Summer is fast approaching! Start small sporting goals, surpass yourself, take care of yourself and your health. The main thing is to move every day! You will find many free sports lessons on the internet and especially on social networks (instagram and youtube), with live sports lessons, and weekly meetings. You can also go for a walk or run, to clear your mind within 10 km of your home. Stay fit !

5) Various activities

Read, write, dance, create ... do what you want! And why not embark on an activity that you never have the time to do in normal times? You have time, so now is the time!

6) Online learning

Many platforms have put online training systems or e-learning platforms. New languages, computer training, music, design. This is an opportunity to set new goals and train yourself in your field. 7) Maintain social contact

Despite the situation, it is important to keep social contact ... Even if we cannot make it to our families or friends. You can still call them. Organize video aperitifs, send photos and check in regularly.

8) Tidy Up !

Sorting, tidying up ... it feels good! What could be more satisfying than having a tidy house or apartment with tidy cupboards. Sort, throw away, give away ... get rid of what you no longer use. It's great to declutter !

9) Print your photos

Immerse yourself in your memories. You probably have a lot of photos saved on your phone and computer. Take advantage and immerse yourself in your fondest memories by printing your photos and classifying them in pretty albums or in beautiful frames. This will free up space on your computer or phone.

10) Take care of yourself

During this period, it is important to take care of yourself. It can be while doing a sporting activity, facial or body treatment, eating healthily ... Continue to take care of yourself, to make yourself beautiful ! Take some time for yourself and relax!
