Welcome to the Moulin de Souquet

The Moulin de Souquet is an original mill close to the small rivier called La Barguelonne, dates back to the 18th century and fully refurbished in 2016.

This sunny house is 4km from the centre of Castelnau-Montratier, historical village famous for his small streets and the Sunday Market on the beautiful market place.

At 15km from the house, you could also visit the medieval village Lauzerte, one of the "Les plus beaux villages de France" village, part of the "Chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle".

The Moulin de Souquet's neighbor (600 meters) is a beautiful 9-holes hilly golf field, called "Le Golf des Roucous" where you can drink a good beer on the terrace after your effort on the green or on the tennis court.

The house is also well-located for gourmet cuisine lovers: many restaurants (recommended by the owner) including the famous Michelin restaurant "Domaine de Saint-Géry", elected "best ham in the world" in 2017, where the vegetables are coming directly from the garden to the plate.

Finally, you can also spend 1 day in a canoe kayak to go down the river Lot and Célé where you will have the chance to see the beautiful village called Saint-Cirq-Lapopie (45 minutes) famous for his 13 historical monuments and the breathtaking view on the rivier Lot.

Your holiday with your family in "Moulin de Souquet" will be a promise of rest, sport, nature, privacy and gastronomy.
