A passionate couple
Welcome to Sarah and Fabian Feldmann. Their restaurant is located in the Saint-Charles district of Biarritz.
Sarah and Fabian opened their first gourmet restaurant in 2004 in Germany near Nuremberg. Nine months later the Michelin Guide awarded them a star.
In 2012 the couple moved to the South-West of France, it was the birth of the Impertinent.
The cuisine is tasty, the products are seasonal and local.
