Restaurant of the Abbaye de Fontfroide in Narbonne. 10 minutes from Narbonne city center, in the heart of the abbey, a unique place for a restaurant that has its Gault & Millau hat.

Fontfroide Abbey is one of the largest Cistercian abbeys in France. In its garrigue setting, this place with preserved architecture became an artistic center at the beginning of the 20th century, driven by its buyers Madeleine and Gustave Fayet. The abbey can be visited.

The restaurant

Reservation is recommended if you want a table:

For lunch: from 12 pm - 2 pm.

For dinner: from June 18 to September 17 inclusive from Tuesday to Saturday evening.

Two menus are possible or otherwise à la carte.

The slate menu, starter + main course + dessert at 29 euros per person excluding wine.

Father Abbot's menu, starter + main course + dessert at 39 euros per person excluding wine or 45 euros per person excluding wine with cheese in addition.

The cuisine is Mediterranean flavors, seasonal products.

You can also taste the wines produced by the abbey.
