A young couple have transformed this charming Périgord mill into a peaceful country restaurant, open all year round. The chef creates a fresh and tasty cuisine, well in his time. Beautiful shaded terrace and attentive service. The first menu is at a low price. A friendly address.

La Meynardie
Nestled in a charming corner of the Dordogne, this restaurant is not so easy to access... but the game is worth the effort, no doubt about it! The young couple at the helm offers tasty, fine and meticulous cuisine, with beautiful cooking (seared, roasted...) and appetizing presentations. The house specialties bear witness to this: trout from the waters of Inval infused with coffee, roasted fennel and refreshed trout broth; pigeon, mashed truffled potato and surprise apple, Périgueux sauce or creamy strawberries, fresh strawberry salad, Périgord saffron ice cream. From one end of the meal to the other, the magic operates, also thanks to the decor of great authenticity (beams, stones, terrace under the trellis), and to a service that is as friendly as it is dynamic. A particularly endearing address.

L'Esplanade
A beautiful old residence, perched on the ramparts, with a terrace under the lime trees. The cuisine is sincere, without artifice, and makes you appreciate the frank flavors of tradition. Bourgeois rooms, some with a lovely view of the Dordogne valley.
