We are regular visitors to the area but this was our visit to Villa Colline. The Villa is beautifully appointed and furnished to a very high standard, with the kitchen particularly having every appliance you could possibly need. The bedrooms are very spacious with private balconies and the aircon throughout the villa is a must in the French summer months. Outdoor the furniture is of a excellent (the nicest outdoor furniture I think we have ever used) and the front terrace benefits the sun for the whole day. There was so many outdoor terraces and seating areas, that we didn’t get chance to use all of them in our 2 weeks, but the main one was very spacious for us all to use. The BBQ was a Webber and very easy to use and came with spare gas bottles As regular visitors to the area we usually have the frustration of parking in Collioure and the traffic in and out as the season get busy, but as the Villa is only a 10 minute walk into Collioure, we were able to pop in and as we wanted which made the holiday even more relaxing. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting a modern, well equipped, well maintained villa with easy access to Collioure
Second stay with family and was perfect!Weather gorgeous, Pool splendid, Days out to Le Mans, Angers, and a trip to the manor at Chateaubriand (well worth a visit). Thank you once again.

Fantastic house in a lovely town. The property is extensive, nicely modernised and very well maintained. We visited with three children and they had plenty of room. The pool is AMAZING and they jumped in and out of that very happily. The outside terrace on the upper floor is a lovely place to lounge or eat - and the BBQ is a very good feature. In all we had a WONDERFUL time!
We would like to say how much we enjoyed La Cigalière. The house and pool were lovely. Charlotte was most helpful and everything was just perfect for our holiday. We have been going to France for nearly 20 years and this definitely a go back to villa. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Fantastic facilities, the house had everything you needed and more, super swimming pool, lovely and warm, well maintained and enjoyed by all the family. Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette très jolie maison de caractère, pleine de charme et de luxe. Située dans une grande propriété calme, vaste et bien entretenue, la maison offre de belles surfaces et de nombreuses chambres, idéales pour une grande famille. La grande piscine est parfaite pour toute la famille. L’accueil est très sympathique et nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille dans cette belle propriété. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.
Wonderful family holiday, beautiful house and grounds and so much entertain for our 2 years old daughter. The highlight of our two weeks included a wine tour, visiting local markets, eating out and relaxing by the pool. We look forward to our return one day.
We have had an amazing weeks holiday here, we only wish we could stay for longer. Richard and Meryl are wonderful hosts that have created such a special gîte, it has everything that you could need and touches like an assortment of goodies and Meryl's amazing lemon drizzle cake set this gîte apart. We will definitely be back to stay and have already discussed dates. It is fantastic that you are able to walk to the local shop and bakery, the village centre is beautiful and we had a lovely meal in the market square last night. The gîte is in a really relaxing and quiet spot that has allowed us to really get away from things, I can't remember the last time we had such a relaxing holiday. Thank you so much.
This property is so beautiful you may not want to venture out, but if you do there are great restaurants and bars nearby as well as lovely walks and biking trails. The rooms are very comfortable, all en-suite and everything you could wish for is provided. The huge swimming pool / pool house / relaxing / eating and barbecue areas mean that you can be outside all the time but the gorgeous well equipped kitchen and indoor rooms offer a cool alternative. Cant wait to go back!
We have spent a hot and relaxing week at your lovely villa, it is extremely comfortable and the children have loved playing in the pool each day.
What an idyllic location to spend a holiday! Easily accessible from Toulouse airport, the house is quite unique in character with its solid walls, oak beams and spacious, airy rooms. There's a large, pleasant garden where we played boules and table tennis daily and also just relaxed beside the pool. It's also great for bird watching. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of towns and small villages within easy reach of the house and the Dordogne was also an easy car-journey away. We spent 2 weeks on holiday but would have happily stayed much longer as there was so much we didn't have time to see and do. We'd love to go back! Thanks for a great holiday.
Thank you so much for a wonderfully relaxing stay at your ‘Loft’. We have stayed here many times before under previous ownership, but we must say that you have moved it up several notches! The attention to detail is second to none; from the luxurious ‘The White Company’ products to all the goodies in the fridge and cupboards - very much appreciated. The terrace, garden and pool are just so peaceful that we haven’t ventured far! Most of all thank you for being there and for your wonderful company. We hope there will be many more visits to come. Good luck with your future project and we hope to be back very soon - you are doing an amazing job!
Fabulous house, beautifully decorated with everything we could possibly need for a lovely holiday. The pool and pool toys were a great hit with our 4 year old. We have holidayed numerous times in France and this was by far the best, from the welcoming email to the comfy beds and linen. Mark and Janet have made this a beautiful holiday home. We had a hot week and made the most of being at home! Thank you for a lovely stay! P.S. The Tuesday night market in Laparade was fun and definitely worth a visit! Our daughter loved her bedroom + the toys kept her occupied in the morning!
Trois générations de notre famille ont apprécié ce séjour dans la belle maison spacieuse et bien équipée d'Helen avec son beau jardin, sa piscine, son terrain de pétanque, sa cuisine d'été et sa vue sur le château ! Beaucoup d'espace, tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur, en fonction de la chaleur. Le sous-sol plus frais offre du tennis de table, du matériel de gym et des puzzles, nous en avons profité pendant la chaleur extrême! L'emplacement était idéal pour le canyoning (Héric), le kyaking (Orb), la nage en rivière (Reals), le karting (nr. Laurens), la plongée sous-marine (Montpellier), les cours de peinture (Pouzolles) etc. Grands restaurants et bars locaux (Roujan, Gabian) et petits vins de domaine à découvrir. Le grand Super U de Roujan possède une excellente boulangerie/pâtisserie attenante, ouverte également le dimanche matin. Rien ne manque pour de superbes vacances !

Just back from a week's stay at Villa La Baronne. I understand this is a newly renovated property and it is very clear that no expense has been spared on the project. It is a large property that could suit more than one family or a group of friends and can sleep up to 14 people. Every detail has been lovingly considered and stylishly executed. Bedrooms are beautifully appointed with elegant furnishings and comfortable beds. The house has been designed to offer endless activities both inside and out. We were lucky with the weather for October and so were able to use the huge and stunning Swimming Pool, the Jacuzzi, Pétanque pitch and the specially installed Croquet Lawn. In the evening, we took advantage of the cinema and games room, playing pool, table football, ping pong, chess and darts. A brilliant house for families with teens! There is even a huge TV, especially for use with games consoles. The house has a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with every gadget you could require. Although we didn't use it, there is also a BBQ for evenings on the huge terrace. The property is situated on the banks of the River Tarn and is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and a large garden. It was a very quick and easy drive from the airport and local amenities for food shopping. The local village, a ten-minute walk away, was very quiet but does have a pleasant local restaurant and within a few minutes by car you can access larger towns. In less than 40 minutes we reached Toulouse centre and the beautiful town of Albi and I gather there are many other attractions within an hour from the property. Although we were briefly aware of a party at the neighbouring property, we found the location very peaceful, with lovely dark skies at night for star gazing. The Wi-Fi was extremely good and there is plenty of parking. All in all we would highly recommend this property, which is of the highest quality. Our thanks to the charming hosts.
Merci, nous nous sommes bien amusés pendant ces deux semaines au Pigat. Nous avons fait du vélo, couru et exploré la campagne rurale. Nous avons passé des soirées d'été à jouer aux cartes et aux dominos avec nos enfants. Nous avons adoré la piscine et le calme ainsi que de pouvoir manger à l'extérieur. Nous y avons véritablement passé deux semaines mémorables et nous sommes tristes de partir pour retourner au travail et à l'école. Grande maison, emplacement parfait, privé et paisible. Des souvenirs impérissables... On revient...
Great vacation spent in Le Mas de Combet! Quiet house in the countryside with a superb pool. We were able to enjoy all the amenities on site. Thank you to our host for their excellent welcome and availability throughout the stay. We really recommend this property for a week with friends.
Semaine incroyable - belle maison, temps fantastique et couchers de soleil époustouflants. Votre maison est si bien meublée et la cuisine si bien équipée. Merci ! Nous avons adoré déjeuner à La Livinière, le marché d'Olonzac, la plage de Gruissan et Minerve est un beau village.
Une maison spacieuse brillante et bien équipée en plein cœur de la belle campagne. Facile à faire du shopping dans une petite ville très locale (à 3 miles) qui était totalement préservée et était évidemment « française ». Très simple de se promener directement depuis la porte le long de ruelles de campagne tranquilles dans la campagne vallonnée, puis revenez vous détendre dans le jardin exceptionnellement grand et une merveilleuse piscine. Il y avait tellement de pièces d'équipement de jardin/de jeu intérieur différentes pour s'assurer que vous ne perdriez jamais quelque chose à faire. John et Jo ont été des hôtes brillants et se sont extrêmement bien occupés de nous, s'assurant que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Leurs cadeaux d'œufs, de pain et de crumble de pommes (et plus encore) ont été reçus avec gratitude et ont été une belle touche. Nous vous recommandons vivement d'y séjourner et de profiter de l'environnement. Nous avons passé un super séjour.
We had a great holiday at Maison D'Aze, this is certainly one of the best houses we have stayed in over the numerous years we have holidayed in France and we will certainly be looking to book the property for future holidays.
It’s hard to know where to begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Your property is so well set up and we made good use of the barbecue, tennis court, boules, darts, table tennis and of course, the pool which beats all other swimming pools we’ve ever had on holiday... and the shady areas when the sun got just that bit too hot. So much thought has obviously gone into it all and it made our holiday very special. The four teenage grandchildren we had with us had a ball and we all loved the Lot countryside, its villages and the sunflowers. How can you not be happy when you’ve got fields of them within a few steps from your door? The two Marches Gourmands we went to at Tournon and Saux were brilliant fun - the food on offer at Saux was particularly good and Tournon is such a pretty place. Our daughter loved going for early morning runs, seeing a hare and on two occasions, a deer, amongst sunflowers. Swimming in the Lot, cycling and canoeing are all on our list of favourite things we did. We also have a great picture of three of the red squirrels on the tree near the bolet - what a brilliant place for breakfast. Thank you so very much from all of us. Pour ceux qui profiteront des Jumelles : cette maison a été un vrai petit paradis pour mon mari, moi et nos deux neveux. Elle est très bien aménagée avec toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin. Nous avons passé ces vacances à la mi-juin et avons trouvé que la maison était très fraîche avec une belle brise. Une délicate attention très appréciée: avoir une rose fraîchement coupée dans chaque chambre à notre arrivée. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à tellement profiter de la maison et du jardin que nous avons essayé d'y prendre tous nos dîners (soupers). Nos hôtes étaient très sympathiques jamais intrusifs et nous ont fourni de merveilleuses suggestions en termes de sites à visiter dans la région. Nous avons planifié une journée sur Paris et les deux propriétaires nous ont aidés à nous fournir un planning solide pour optimiser notre temps là-bas pour nos neveux qui n'y étaient jamais allés. Nous recommanderons certainement cette destination à nos amis et à nos proches et nous essaierons même de revenir dans un avenir pas trop lointain. Merci. PS : La douche est super mais demandez l'astuce pour la mettre en route !
Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de passer une semaine de détente dans cette belle maison. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre semaine ici, à visiter les villages locaux sur nos vélos - et nous savons que nous reviendrons bientôt. Merci encore pour ces merveilleuses vacances !
