Back again from Australia with family from England. We had very hot weather here, so loved swimming in your lovely pool, so enjoyed being here again. Thank you Jackie.
We have just returned home from a magical week at the château - 16 family members of 4 generations came together to celebrate the Diamond Wedding anniversary of our wonderful parents, Jean and Dave and what could be more fitting than a beautiful château set in stunning surroundings. This was our second visit to the château, our first being to celebrate their Golden Wedding anniversary a decade ago! The new owners Richard and Nicky were delightful and catered to pretty much our every whim! The château has so much to do, from lazy days around the beautiful pool, a well equipped gym/games room with excellent gym equipment, darts, bikes, pool, badminton, tennis, table tennis, table football and even an outdoor golf game there is no time to get bored!! There is plenty to do in the local area too such as canoeing, boat trips, historical towns, markets and châteaux plus plenty of supermarkets close by for provisions. There were no shortage of wonderful settings to enjoy our family mealtimes together and we opted for catered meals by the wonderful catering team, @Le Quercy Kitchen, run by lovely Jill and her daughter Georgina – we could not fault a single morsel of the delicious food that they prepared for us each evening and they looked after us superbly! Overall an excellent week, would highly recommend!
We had a wonderful week. The house is arranged and decorated with care, where it feels good. And what a view, what tranquility... Thank you very much for your warm welcome, everything is perfect here. And what about the heated pool that allowed children to have fun for hours. Thank you very much for everything.

Hi, we had a fabulous stay as a family of 4, including two teens. Completely peaceful and beautifully renovated to a very high standard. We found it hard to leave to do other activities, although the Saturday market in Auch was lovely, Aside from the pool and space, the complete plus for us was watching the wildlife. Hare, rabbits, deer and owls coming in the evening, with the widest range of birds of prey flying over that we’ve ever seen. Luckily we’d brought the camera and spent time every day trying to get good pictures.. Michelle was a great host and really took time and care to make sure we had everything we needed for a super stay! We’d love to return..
Le Séchoir Carme was a lovely holiday let and we enjoyed two weeks exploring the region from this beautiful house returning each late afternoon to enjoy the large pool and cool down before dinner. The house is well proportioned and the kitchen/living area is well designed (and equipped) with wonderful access to the outdoor dining area and pool. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday with all we needed for our young family.
Wonderful stay in a wonderful villa. Ideal base to explore this beautiful part of France. Spent most evenings on the patio enjoying the sunset. Would definitely stay again when return this area.

Wonderful time here in Sarlat. This house is perfect for seeing the area. Lots of great things to do within easy distance. The house is in a beautiful location and with the high temperatures this week the pool has been a godsend. Everything in the house is geared for visitors and it's really well equipped. This is my first time in the Dordogne and it's absolutely beautiful. I will certainly come back soon. Thank you Jackie and Geoff for a wonderful holiday.
We had a lovely stay at Pinaux. The house conversion is beautiful and comfortable for days we didn’t go out. Everything went smoothly with the keys and check in. Henk and Renee were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for providing some basics, including coffee, milk and sugar.
We have so enjoyed our stay at Cottage du Jardin - a picture perfect house full of charm. Thonac is well placed for visiting this part of Dordogne and the restaurants and shop within easy walking distance are a huge bonus. Many thanks Caterina and Steve for your kind hospitality.

We stayed as a whole family, 6 adults and 2 children, for 4 days. The house has everything you need to enjoy a few days in the south of France. The owners have always been very friendly and willing to help with whatever was needed. Thanks.
The house was very peaceful, well equipped and clean. Within easy reach of the main sights and attractions. We enjoyed mornings spent touring the local area and spent afternoons relaxing by the pool - de très bonnes vacances! What to say about this too short stay during which we had a great family vacation. From the very pleasant welcome of Karine and Pascal, from our great exchanges, from their listening to the needs everything was perfect. Charming owners and an incredible cottage where the days go by too quickly. We will miss the fishing pond and the donkeys and deer. Again a huge thank you for everything. We will be back.
We had the most amazing time everything laid on for us on arrival a beautiful stunning property for all the family. One week was not enough but special thanks to both the housekeeper Vicki and our gardener pool maintenance guy John they were extremely nice and nothing was too much trouble. Golf five minutes away was a fantastic birthday treat a beautiful course along with tennis at the golf club an amazing holiday no faults what so ever absolutely would recommend 10 out of 10
As a group of 7 from age 2 to 62 and having had similar holidays in recent years this has been the best. Wonderfully well equipped with thoughtful advice everywhere. Everybody loved the pool and there are plenty to things to see and do in the area, thanks again.

Oscar has particularly enjoyed playing hide and seek in the wood, doing tricks on the trampoline and spotting fish in the pond. We spent a truly magical and wonderfully memorably week at Maison Tilleul last summer. It was everything we dreamed of. Stunning grounds, modern facilities, beautiful décor and every amenity you could need. The village is peaceful and picturesque. The countryside was quintessentially French. The historic and geographical wonders that provide endless options for afternoon drives or day trips, were all worth every minute driving through the vineyards and mountain passes that the region offers in abundance. There are wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance and short drives. We had a spectacular evening watching the sun set with a cocktail at Côté Resto set amongst the vines of Domaine Gayda, followed by exquisite cuisine and a buoyant atmosphere. We sampled traditional Blanquette at the atmospheric Abbaye Saint-Hilaire. Explored the impressive Gorges de Saint-Georges and mountain villages. The Cathar castles and ancient city of Minerve, were stunning and like nothing I’ve seen before, both in scale and the history associated with them. I have visited the Languedoc for years, but Le Parc made it a year like no other. Thank you for the privilege – memories have been made and will be treasured.

Lézigno affords an extraordinary slice of regal French splendor - a small palace rather than a château - beautiful gardens and pool. Peaceful and elegant. The staff, Thierry and Nadine were kind and helpful.
After many weeks of uncertainty, our decision to drive down to the Loft du Vigneron has been vindicated by a superb week. Thank you so much for all that you have done to make our week so memorable; especially prior to us leaving the UK. Your e-mails and your flexibility made us have a sense of connection before we had met you both. We had a beautiful fou-poster suite with claw footed bath in this attractive country château. We enjoyed a lazy week in glorious sunshine in August dipping in and out of the outdoor heated swimming pool. The château has extensive grounds in which to walk off dinner and is surrounded by peaceful countryside. Bourges was a great place to visit, both cathedral, palace and gardens were a must-see. We were with a large party of friends who took it in turns to cook and we ate outside on the terrace watching the sun go down.
