This is a wonderfully quiet place to spend time in provence. Located within walking distance from the many attractions of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence its restaurants and its old town, it is a beautifully appointed home with an inviting swimming pool and check out the new pool shower - delightful. Within easy driving distance are a variety of wineries for your tasting pleasure.
Quick note to express our gratitude for the hire of your property. What a wonderful time somebody had restoring this place to what it is today. We had a superb family celebration for our ruby wedding and explored the Drome and Ardeche localities. Many thanks.
We had a lovely time in a beautifully converted villa. So much space for relaxing and the kids to roam free at the table tennis out building or down by the pool. You can still continue your search for other holiday homes in Southern France, but it's not worth the effort. Thanks to the owners for two weeks of perfect vacation in their charming house, where nothing is missing.
Pete was a great host and made us all feel really welcome from the start. We made full use of the wonderful pool. Ella (6) learnt to swim without armbands by the end of our week and Dhilan (4) spent more time in the water than anyone. We had a slow-paced week which suited us perfectly, but did enjoy Chateau Castelnaud with the kids and market day in Monflanquin, especially the Loubet seller.
Plenty of bike riding, good wine, shining sun, spectacular sunsets and pool. Thank you to Kim for providing a venue for the family holiday to remember.
We had a wonderful stay and could not fault the property which was a joy to experience. The interior was spotless and modern, the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in, the open plan living and dining space relaxing and the bedrooms extremely comfortable. The views outside were truly beautiful and it was perfect to make use of the decking area for either sun bathing or eating outside, not to mention the infinity pool for cooling down in. All in all a very relaxing stay.
A memorable and wonderful time in the miracle of restoration you have created. If our visas are not cancelled we shall return to celebrate life with you again in this glorious environment.
I can't recommend this home highly enough. the kids loved playing in the pool after a day of sight-seeing. We were relaxed from the first moment. You will be so happy you stayed here!
We have had aan amazing 2 weeks here. Honestly this house is gorgeous. The sunsets here are like no others. Would recommend visiting local wine producers, cycling through the vineyards and generally exploring the local area. We also visited a bunch of markets up in the mountains and went to watch the Bastille day fireworks. Would love to come back soon!

Just wanted to follow up to say how great it was at Maison Brunet. We really enjoyed our stay. The house , especially the kitchen were well equipped to enjoy the local food produce. The house was spotless on arrival and is decoratively finished. The pool was refreshing, clean and a great benefit during the warm summer days. We were a family of 5 with a dog and all had a great time at the house with the gardens and grounds. Thanks.

The views from the outside dining area are amazing, from Mt Ventoux in the east to Les Dentelles in the West and looking down the hill to the medieval old town of Vaison. We love the walk to Villedieu with lunch in the village square. A short drive away to Gigondas and Les Dentelles opens up some great walks. Another favourites are the markets in Vaison and Bedoin, the later market was followed by a drive up Mt Ventoux. The house is finished to a high level and very comfortable and well equipped, we enjoyed our time here very much.
A huge thank you for making us feel so welcome, we've had a wonderful week in your beautiful property. This has been by far the best house we have stayed in, full of history, character and the personal touch. The pool has been amazing. Evening barbecues have been the highlight. Your kind gift of wine, beers and charcuterie set us up well for the week.

We were looking for a relaxed holiday and certainly found it at your beautiful house. We have not travelled too far but enjoyed visits to Nîmes and several to the pretty town of Uzes returning late afternoon to relax on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful views. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to revisit in the future. We appreciated the quality and care taken to equip and renovate the house.
Beautiful château and very well maintained grounds which are well equipped to prevent children from being bored. The kids absolutely loved the pool and having the shaded area was brilliant for everyone. Everything you could need for a fortnightwith the family - our party included toddlers, a newborn baby and grandparents. the daily housekeeping service was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend a catered evening (we chose Indian food). Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. We hope to be back.
A beautiful house with a great view and pool. Very spacious and kitchen was fully equipped. The housekeeper was very responsive and provided great care. Would love to come back and definitely recommend for a remote getaway for a group of 7.

Our second time at this beautiful house. From the moment of arrived we were relaxed. The place is so tastefully furnished, the pool so welcoming. But most of all the hosts themselves make you feel very incredibly welcome and couldn't be more helpful. We had amazing weather for the week so we didn't venture far from the pool at all. We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay. The gite is very well appointed with lots of games, which our daughter really enjoyed. We especially enjoyed the warm swimming pool (cleaned daily), summer kitchen, beautiful garden and multiple outside seating areas. It is very well located and within easy reach of some beautiful Bastide villages. We especially liked Villareal and Eymet. Special thanks to Jean and Martin, who are perfect hosts and on hand to provide recommendations if needed. The local village of Lauzun is within a five-minute walk and we recommend the boulangerie and weekly table gourmands held during the summer. We are already planning a return visit!
The Manoir is magnificent in every way. A perfect base for exploring The Dordogne. We all had an unforgettable holiday with lovely memories to treasure. Special thanks to Pierre and the lovely ‘pool guy’! Hope to return someday.
