At the end of a long and busy vacation in France, the property was a beautiful place to relax. The grounds and pool are perfect, the owners were friendly and helpful. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable. Close enough to go where we wanted along the Côte d'Azur, but peaceful when we wanted to relax. One week was not enough. Will definitely return here if we travel to France again.
Thank you for an amazing stay in this wonderful house, the view, kitchen facilities and the entertainment available were all perfect. We enjoyed the bbq every night in the garden and early morning swims. The house was equipped with everything we needed we cooked with herbs from the garden and improved our pool playing. The wine tasting next door was very special, we liked the decor in every room and would recommend this house to stay in, its a lovely place. We had an incredible holiday.
Remarkable location and situation. Nothing short of the 'wow' factor inside and out. We spent most of the time at the house or in the Médiéval village- too beautiful to venture far! The house and grounds are stunning, great architectural design. Extremeley well equipped. Lots of space for just the 2 of us but planning on coming back again and share with friends. Thanks, fab!

What a wonderful Loft! We love all the furniture; so lovely to have 'proper furnishings' and not sofas with throws! We loved all the 'Maisons du Monde' additions and the kitchen is great to cook in. Wonderful attention to detail, so that you really feel 'at home'. The terrace is fabulous; we loved sitting out there first thing in the morning. Thanks also for all the recommendations for the specialist wine tours - our wine trip was first rate. Your hospitality and company was excellent and we loved the trip to see 'Le Jardin Champetre' nursery - thank you. Also, the pool is so clear and wonderful to swim in.
We have had a wonderful week with very hot weather (35°- 40°) and the pool has been a godsend! The house has everything needed for a relaxing week and the darts and table tennis have been heavily used. Le Convent bar has an amazing views and great food/drinks but book as it is always busy. Thank you Nic and Doug for hospitality.
We had an amazing family holiday in the house, brilliantly equipped for all ages. Mel was great both before and after the holiday. The pool was lovely and warm with lots of inflatables, sun loungers etc. Would love to go back.
We had an excellent stay in this historic residence, the former orangery of the castle built on the 14th century ramparts. In addition to the charm of the house, it is very well organized around different spaces which increase the diversity of experiences. Whether with family or friends, everyone has their own space while offering lots of conviviality. The house is very well equipped, from ping pong to raclette, including a kitchen with lots of appliances. The bedding is comfortable.. Finally, the place is both a haven of peace and its direct proximity to the village and its many summer activities make it a unique place.
A top-notch house and its terrace which is just Wow, with a swimming pool and breathtaking views! A quiet, perfect place. Thank you for this beautiful place! I highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Château du Pic de Rigaud. It was the best stay out of our 9 weeks in France. The home is stunning, but it was also immaculately clean. My youngest child is crawling, so I'm more appreciative than ever of a clean home. Honestly though, Henrietta (the house manager) made all the difference! From making a doctors appointment for one child and offering to translate, to baby proofing the house and providing all necessary baby items, we were blown away by her level of service. Merci!

Maison Paguignan is a beautiful home set in a remote, quiet area in the south of France, yet close enough to small and large towns, as well as the sea. The home itself is stunning and is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The owner, Philippe, has created a beautiful holiday home that caters to your every need. His attention to detail is remarkable, he has truly thought of everything to ensure the most pleasant stay possible. Philippe resides next door, but the use of the pool and outdoor eating areas was for our exclusive use. Both the interior and exterior of the home were gorgeous, filled with lovely antique and modern furniture. The pool was heated and perfect for our children as it had both a shallow and deep end. And there were three outdoor eating areas to choose from, one with a vine of grapes growing above. It was an absolute pleasure staying at Maison Paguignan, as well as meeting Philippe. We very much hope to come back again some day.
Unfortunately we could not meet Eva but we were welcomed by Harold who is a very nice person. The house is very pretty and very pleasant. The rooms and the living room are very spacious. The terrace area with its plancha, the pool with its small beach and the deckchairs to relax are very appreciable.
We have stayed at Lagarde on a number of occasions which rather says it all. The setting is idyllic which makes it instantly relaxing. The house and all the ancillary accommodation is huge and has a wonderful welcoming family feel which is grand without being imposing. It is a great place for lots of people as you never feel that you are living on top of each other and there are always quiet places to retreat to. Our favourite place to sit and eat was the courtyard which is so enchanting. Everything works and the bed linen, towels etc were all first class. The pool was perfect and we didn’t realise how competitive we could become over table tennis. We have got to know the area very well and there is plenty to do with amazing local markets. Beautiful walks are on the doorstep. We have met the owners who are charming and gave very useful handover notes. We have had lovely times at Lagahe and wonderful memories, as does our dog who was welcome! Great value.
The villa was a great place to stay. We have been renting villas for nearly 20 years now and this is the first time ever that we didn't use a car. So near the airport, so near shops, restaurants, the sea, the train station for days out to Nice and Antibes. And the villa itself was lovely - it was more spacious than we expected. Moreover at 30 degrees the pool was marvellous. Only complaint - a week was too short!
Thanks so much for the restaurant recommendations - will look into doing that. We are having a fantastic time here. I think your house is possibly the best house we've stayed in in France over the years. Yes, it's just fabulous! We've had a really fantastic week here and I'm pretty sure we'll be wanting to come back next year. Your house has been so generous... I've read some books here, loved looking through the coffee table books too. Your welcome basket was the most generous we've ever received in any of the houses we have rented. Allowing us to use pool towels as well. And I know it sounds a bit like a hotel review but the bed linen / towels and bathrooms were just top quality! Taking a break from it now to start packing up! P.S. We went to Le Moulin for lunch and it was superb. We will be in touch to hopefully book same week again next year.

We have settled in very well thank you into your lovely home. Everything has been super and I don't think we could have asked for more. You certainly have made a wonderful place to stay.
Unusually for a rental, both the house and cottage are exceptionally stylishly decorated. Elegant yet tranquil, each space has a different but harmonious feel. It has all the comforts you could possibly want, including a well stocked kitchen, recently re-done and so thoughtfully laid out, it is a joy to cook in. The garden has been planted so prettily, as you look out beyond the sweeping beds of fragrant lavender, to the gently rolling fields beyond. The Persian garden is just ravishing, certainly unique and the water features most pleasing. The infinity pool is generously sized for those who enjoy their lengths, the water temperature just right. The property itself is tucked away at the end of a tiny, yet enchanting and very peaceful hamlet. It is in a corner of France which is heaven for foodies, spoilt for choice with plenty of markets, lovely produce and an excellent offering of local restaurants.
Thank you so much for a much needed relaxing week in your beautiful home! We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here, especially time spent in the beautiful garden where we enjoyed the wonderful weather and had lots of fun - very enjoyable for my 5 year old! Also, the fragrant smell of the fresh flowers were extremely welcoming and were a special touch. We would certainly recommend this beautiful holiday home to friends and family! Many thanks.

We are delighted with our stay in Villa Signado. Quiet, in a green setting, with your feet in the water and under the sun for two weeks... it was great!! This spacious villa and outdoor setting invites to a relaxing getaway. Béziers, Pézenas, Sigean, Cap d'Agde, Sète... detours rewarded by very beautiful discoveries. We will gladly come back!

What a fantastic week! The house is absolutely beautiful and very well stocked, had everything we needed, particularly the outdoor area - BBQ every night! The staff could not be more helpful and we felt instantly welcome. We are going to book for next year when we get home!
