Restaurant Delauzun, for a great evening in Pézenas

Located in Pézenas, the Delauzun restaurant offers fine and gourmet cuisine to awaken your taste buds. According to legend Molière would have resided from 1646 to 1657 and would have appreciated the wines of the region. The estate was passed from hand to hand before being renovated with new modern facilities, next to historic buildings. Giving way to the restaurant of Matthieu de Lauzun, Michelin-starred chef.

Aigues Morte and its pink saltworks

Where does the name Tiges-Mortes come from, Aigues comes from the Occitan "Aigas" which means "water", moreover the city is located in the heart of the marshes, either stagnant water, "dead" water. A fisherman's and salt worker's village, protected by Charlemagne's Matafère tower, it was in 1240 that the town was exempted from taxes and duties. More than 15,000 people flock from all over the coast to enjoy this town.

Toulouse Japanese Garden

The Pierre-Baudis Japanese Garden of Toulouse is a park classified as a remarkable garden of France located north of the city center of Toulouse in France, in the Compans-Caffarelli district. This garden was created in 1981 to meet the wishes of Pierre Baudis during his term as mayor of Toulouse. He had enjoyed this kind of garden on his travels, especially the one in Dublin. It bears his name since May 11, 2016.
