Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France by Oliver's Travels is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France by Oliver's Travels then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is situated in a small country hamlet in the Lot-et-Garonne midway between Villréal (8 km) and Castillonnès (9km). Bergerac 35 km.

Villeréal with bakery, café/bars, restaurants, newsagent, butcher, grocery shop, supermarket, wine shop.

Further amenities including supermarket, shops, café bars and restaurants in Castillionnès, Villereal and Monflanquin.

Many open markets in the villages all around (Villeréal on Saturday, Castillonnès on Tuesday, Issigeac on Sunday, Monflanquin and Monpazier on Thursday).

Bergerac is 35 km and Villeneuve-sur-Lot 25 km to the south. Both these larger towns have good shopping facilities, superb restaurants and weekly street markets.
