Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is situated on a South-facing hillside in a quiet residential area on the edge of the pretty town of Mouans-Sartoux, 25 minutes from Nice airport and 30 minutes from Cannes and its Mediterranean beaches.

1 km (15 minutes walk, 2 minutes drive) to the centre of Mouans with all amenities including many restaurants. Hypermarkets just outside of Grasse, 10 minutes drive. Grasse is the perfume capital of the world and many producers allow you to visit and make your own perfume.

All the glamour of the Côte d'Azur in nearby Cannes with all its attractions and lovely beaches.

Great shopping and dining in Nice, 25 minutes.
