Our reservations team is available from early to late 7 days a week and are always happy to answer any questions you might have about our holiday rental homes and French holiday destinations.

1. What deposit do I pay?

25% is payable at the time of booking. With the balance of payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

2. What is Tourist Tax?

Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking.

3. Do you charge any additional fees?

No, with the exception of the tourist tax above, the advertised rate is the price you will pay.

4. Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, you can pay by Visa or MasterCard and we do not apply any surcharge for credit card payments.

5. What other payment options are there?

Bank transfer or currency transfer in Euros.

6. What if I want to cancel?

Please email us as soon as possible. Our standard cancellation policy allows for free cancellation until 28 days before arrival. Please refer to the specific terms in the rental contract.

7. Are linen and towels provided?

Yes, linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis. Pool towels are not normally provided (detailed on the property advertisement).

8. Are cots and highchairs available?

Yes, at least one cot and highchair is available at each property and extras may be available on request. Please include this on your booking form. Please note that cot linen is not usually provided.

9. Is cleaning included?

Yes, however you are requested to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition on departure.

10. What if I need to make changes to my booking?

Please just email us. No charge is applied for amendments. Date changes may be subject to the standard cancellation policy.

11. Can I have the address of the property?

For security reasons we are unable to disclose the exact address of a property until after booking.

12. Can I bring my dog?

This is subject to the owner's discretion and a charge may apply. Please contact our reservations team and they will be happy to check for you.

13. Are you ATOL or ABTA registered?

No, these organisations are for travel agents and tour operators. As an accommodation-only specialist we do not qualify for accreditation to these bodies. We do however have direct contractual agreements with all our owners and have visited each and every property. In line with established industry standards, we operate a segregated 'client funds' account for all payments so your booking and money is in safe hands.
