Mougins is a very picturesque hilltop village with all amenities including excellent restaurants - 20 minutes walk from the house.

Supermarkets 5 minutes drive.

Royal Mougins Golf Club, less than a 5 minutes drive.

5 minutes walk to Val de Mougins with café bar, restaurant, brasserie, bakery, fresh produce store, butcher and newsagent.

All amenities in beautiful Valbonne, 15 minutes drive: wonderful selection of restaurants, café bars, artisan shops and summer cultural events. Shops and supermarket.

Grasse 15 minutes with its lovely perfumeries.

Biot 20 minutes - famous for its glass blowing and ceramics.

To the South, only 20 minutes away, is Cannes with its yachts, fine-sand beaches and luxury shopping.

World renowned for its glitzy exterior, Cannes is also a place of great cultural heritage. On a small hill above the port of Cannes is 'le Suquet', Cannes' oldest quarter. During the 11th century this was inhabited by the monks from Îles de Lerins after their island was raided by Saracens. Watch towers now provide views over the Mediterranean.

Whether it is glitz and glamour, shopping or culture you are looking for, you will find it all in Cannes.

Nearby Antibes (Cap d'Antibes and Juan-les-Pins) is located on the Mediterranean coast, between Cannes and Nice. It is the third largest town on the Côte d'Azur. Its name comes from the Greek 'Antipolis' which means 'opposite' (here, facing the city of Nice).

This is where the very rich and the very successful gather. All amenities with many pretty squares and narrow streets. Traditional markets and pavement cafés and restaurants. Excellent nightlife.

Marineland is the biggest marine show in Europe with dolphins, whales and sea-lions etc. Large water-park, 'Aquasplash' with water-chutes, wave pool and further attractions.

The Picasso Museum with more than 50 original works.

To the East, about a 30 minutes drive away, is Nice, with its international airport, pebble beaches and the bustle of a busy city.

This villa is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the countryside and a luscious swimming pool! The location was great, with a short walk into the local town with a tasty pizza delivery and a lovely brasserie and a short drive up the steep hill to Mougins!

Amazing house, lots of space, good deep pool, easy walk to Mougins. Lots parking. Well provisioned for entertaining. Excellent comms. Really enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely stay here! Really pretty, sociable, stylish villa with amazing views from the terrace. Great location - short walk to shops and short drive to surrounding towns / beaches / lakes.

Great villa at a perfect secluded location! Perfect for large families or groups of friends. The house is equipped with everything needed for the perfect getaway. Large open spaces for socializing and kids play. The view from the terrace and pool area is simply stunning! Super attentive local service and support.

Very nice house, clean, newly refurbished and nice design both inside and outside. The view is amazing, Mougins is a nice village walking distance from the villa where we found amazing restaurants as recommended by Jane. Highly recommended for family or group of friends. Thank you!

Such a lovely stay. Nothing but good things to say about it! The host was EXTREMELY attentive, the villa was in an excellent location and it was stunning. The view was extremely beautiful as well.
