Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (including beach / pool towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is situated at the end of a small no-through-road on a private, gated residence on the edge of the village of Valbonne, 35 minutes from Cannes and its Mediterranean beaches.

Two excellent restaurants and public tennis courts within 5 minutes walk.

Fifteen minute walk into the town from the property.

Valbonne is one of France's prettiest villages with all amenities and lovely pedestrian centre with winding streets and many restaurants and weekly street market.

Supermarket, 5 minutes drive.

Lovely Provençal villages to discover all around; Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Vence, Mougins, Opio, Tourettes and La-Colle-sur-Loup.
