35% deposit due at the time of booking. 65% balance and refundable security bond due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
No smoking in the property.
Bookings include electricity, water, linen, towels and pool towels.

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is located in the tiny town of Brézilhac, between Belvèze-du-Razès and Montréal in the Aude department, 30 minutes from Carcassonne.

All amenities can be found in the towns of Montréal and Belvèze, 10 minutes drive away; restaurants, café bars, grocery store etc.

Further amenities in Bram (16 minutes) and Castelnaudary (30 minutes) with large supermarket. Castelnaudary is famous for its cassoulet dish.

Carcassonne, 30 minutes with its famous, stunning castle with restaurants and shops and cultural events and sites.

Mirepoix and Limoux (20 - 30 minutes drive) are very pretty market towns with excellent restaurants. Limoux is also famous for its sparkling wine.

La Belle Vue is a beautiful holiday home. Nestled in a tiny hamlet the house has all the ingredients for a fantastic relaxing break. The garden is beautiful with views over the rolling hills to the distant Pyrenees. Lovely bedding, fluffy thick hotel towels and everything you need to enjoy the holiday. We hope to be back soon. We really enjoyed our trip to Las Tours. The views after the climb were well worth it. Probably preferred it to Carcassonne.

Everything you would need is provided for a perfect stay in this part of southern France.
A range of seating areas throughout the garden and the pool were delightful. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable
The hosts were charming, friendly and helpful, but very discrete.

Anthony and Rachel make wonderful hosts being friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and also very generous with their excellent "welcome pack". We loved the whole region: Carcassonne and Mirepoix are a "must" (the owners of the "Mad Hatter" cafe in Mirepoix are Brits) and we enjoyed the markets at Mirepoix and Revel. Also enjoyed the drive south from Revel through the pretty villages/small town of Saissac. Lagrasse is a pleasant village but a tad overrated in our view. On the other hand, we loved Minerve and the Minervois region including the small town of Caunes-Minervois. Fontfroide is worth a visit and Montesegur is a must if in that area. We enjoyed Peyriac de-Mer and Gruissan on the coast but would avoid Narbonne Plage on another occasion - great beach though! Toulouse is a pleasant city and worth a visit if cities are "your thing" and the SNCF smartphone app worked brilliantly. For a special lunch, Cote Resto is a must. Excellent food and in a wonderful setting.

A lovely well presented place to stay with everything you need in a cozy, clean house. Pool was lovely and heated for us even in early May. Close to Carcassonne and loads of nice local walks. Peaceful village.

Rachel and Anthony made us feel welcome and were on hand, if needed, for any information.
It was the best gite we have stayed at in twenty years of holidaying in France. Recommend taking train into Carcassonne from Bram. It is so easy and only 15 minutes or so.
