Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is situated in the beautiful and small, canal-side hamlet of Le Somail, between Narbonne and Carcassonne.

The hamlet was a stop-over for boats in the 17th century, travelling on the famous Canal du Midi from Toulouse to Agde on the Mediterranean coast.

Today, Le Somail hosts a collection of lovely restaurants and café bars and a floating grocery store, also serving daily bread and croissants. All amenities within a one or two minute walk from the house.

Narbonne, 20 min drive with hypermarkets and lovely riverside town centre with fabulous daily covered market.
