• Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in Euros.
• 25% deposit due at the time of booking. 75% balance and refundable security bond due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival day to 10:00am on your day of departure.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach / pool towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

15 minutes to Limoux with all amenities, a picturesque square with lots of café-bars, restaurants and shops. The town of Limoux dates back to the 14th century. It is located in the countryside on the banks of the Aude river and is the hub of production of 'Blanquette', a sparkling wine made using the 'méthode champenoise'. A delightful substitute for Champagne at a fraction of the cost.

Carcassonne is within easy reach and absolutely not to be missed. The fortified city is host to a huge range of cafés, bars, restaurants and summer concerts and festivals including medieval jousting and spectacular 'sound and light' shows with fireworks.

30 minutes drive to the medieval Bastide of Mirepoix on the Hers River. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés-bars and shops.

30 minutes drive to Espéraza and its museum, Dinosauria.

40 minutes drive to Lake Montbel which offers a multitude of activities such as canoeing, sailing, paddling, pedal boats, catering, horse riding, cycling, walking and of course fishing.

35 minutes drive to Carcassonne airport, Toulouse airport 1 hour 15 minutes.
