Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Marcel-sur-Aude, 11 km from Narbonne and 30 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches.

We spent a fabulous two weeks at Maison Brassens. The house was extraordinarily well equipped with everything you could possibly want. The kitchen was well fitted out and all the rooms were very nicely decorated. The garden is beautiful and much more spacious than it looks in the photos. The village has all the amenities for day to day living and the restaurants of Le Somail are a 5 minute drive away. We LOVED the house and garden and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the stunning Languedoc.
