End of stay cleaning Extra €450, payable locally. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is set in open countryside, 6 min drive (3.4 km) from the small village of Castelreng, a small rural village between Limoux and Puivert, 42 minutes from Carcassonne.

Ideally located to discover the Cathar region.

Limoux, 12 km / 17 minutes drive, with all amenities, supermarkets and summer events. The centre has a picturesque square with lots of café-bars, restaurants and shops. The town of Limoux dates back to the 14th century, located on the banks of the Aude river and is the hub of production of 'Blanquette', a sparkling wine made using the 'méthode champenoise'.

35 minutes drive to the small medieval village of Fanjeaux or to the larger medieval Bastide of Mirepoix, with plenty of restaurants, cafés-bars and shops.

Puivert Castle, lake, hiking and restaurants, 30 minutes.

Carcassonne, 42 minutes drive / 36 km; famous medieval citadel and summer festival.

The town of Foix is dominated by its untakeable fortified castle overlooking the passage through the Pyrenean mountain chain. The town has all amenities, restaurants and hypermarkets only 1 hour away.

Airports in Carcassonne, Toulouse (1 hour 26 minutes drive), Perpignan (1 hour 40 minutes).

We stayed in this castle to celebrate our wedding. We had the incredible feeling of being privileged, pampered, thanks to the kindness of our hosts and their availability for our needs. We were princes and princesses, that's our feeling. Of course, the exceptional setting, beauty and value of this historic place have made it possible to engrave unforgettable memories!

An absolutely exceptional Christmas at Château Des Florettes. Quentin is a remarkable host: attentive and available, he immediately puts you at ease and takes care of the smallest detail so that the experience is perfect. The place is simply beautiful, full of charm and authenticity, while offering an impeccable level of comfort. The equipment is complete, of high quality and perfectly functional. Very warm and friendly, we felt at home. The decoration highlights the character of the castle while remaining modern but always warm. The cleanliness is impeccable. The general comfort is remarkable: excellent bedding, pleasant spaces and soothing atmosphere. An exceptional place, sublimated by Quentin's professionalism. A superb experience that we recommend without the slightest hesitation. We will return with great pleasure.

Beautifully restored property of great character. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. The location is peaceful, with fabulous views over the vineyards, yet within an easy drive to many places of interest. Outside, there are plenty of areas to relax in the sun or shade. Very generous welcome gifts, including two bottles of top quality Blanquette de Limoux and delicious pastries (and a second delivery of pastries later during our stay!). The open garage was large enough to shade our van, motorbike and cycles. Above all, Quentin was the most wonderfully kind host. A truly memorable experience. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent and beautiful chateau. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the whole property. Everything was perfect from the word go. Our Host Quentin was the most kind and considerate person where nothing was too much to ask for or to do for us. Even before we arrived he was available to help us with recommendations for staying overnight on our drive from England to the Chateau. A truly lovely person who cared about you having a great holiday in a great property.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer beauty and tranquility of the place. With its origins dating back to the 13th century, the château has been lovingly restored with modern comforts, making it feel both grand and welcoming. The spacious interiors, well-equipped kitchen, and multiple lounges gave us room to relax while the children played safely. The setting is stunning; panoramic views of rolling hills, vineyards, and pure countryside bliss. It felt wonderfully remote and peaceful, yet we were still close enough to explore local villages and markets when we wanted a little outing. Limoux was right on the doorstep (12 minutes by car) with a local market, boulangeries, patisseries and Supermarchés. A Special Thanks to Quentin, the owner, who was absolutely charming. He made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, including fresh pastries on our first morning. His passion for the château and its history really added to the experience, it’s clear he’s poured his heart into the place.
The only thing we could fault was the weather which was out of our control! It meant that the pool, which wasn't heated, was slightly 'fresh' but still bearable!

The chateau is magnificent - very large and comfortable. It is finished to a very high standard with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, high quality bedding and towels, and well equipped kitchen and dining room. The location is quiet with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. Quentin is a wonderful host. He was eager to make our stay memorable by offering to organize restaurant bookings, local vineyard tours and wine tastings. Thank you, Quentin!
