35% deposit due at the time of booking. 65% balance and refundable security bond due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
No smoking in the property.
Bookings include electricity, water, linen, towels and pool towels (not beach towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is situated in a residential area, 2 minutes drive or less than 10 minutes walk to the medieval village of Fleury, midway (25 minutes) between Béziers and Narbonne on the Mediterranean coast.

Fleury Aude is a beach town that stretches over 5,000 hectares and includes three village entities: the wine village of Fleury, the seaside resort of Saint Pierre la Mer and the fishing port and marina cabins of Fleury.

Easy walk to all amenities in Fleury, with supermarket, bakery, café bars and restaurants.

Thank you again for the wonderful time in this very nice location. Although it was our 2nd time here, there was and is still much to explore in Occitanie! One of the favourites was the canoe trip on the Orb river (canoe-tarassac.com).
We can clearly recommend it to all future visitors of this holiday house.
Not to forget the beaches nearby, Château Négly if you want to taste and purchase local wine, and last but not least the swimming pool.
