Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is situated in a residential area, 2 minutes drive or less than 10 minutes walk to the medieval village of Fleury, midway (25 minutes) between Béziers and Narbonne on the Mediterranean coast.

Fleury Aude is a beach town that stretches over 5,000 hectares and includes three village entities: the wine village of Fleury, the seaside resort of Saint Pierre la Mer and the fishing port and marina cabins of Fleury.
