The property is situated on the edge of the lovely village of Le Paradou, between Arles 16 km and Avignon 38 km.
Five minute walk to café bar and restaurant, grocery store and bakery.
2 km to Maussane with all amenities including further restaurants and grocery stores.
5 km to Les Baux de Provence, officially one of the most beautiful villages in France; Les Baux is a spectacular rock plateau 250m up in the sky with views south over the Alpilles, and to Arles and the Camargue. It has such a superb defensive, dominant position that there are traces of habitation going back to 6000 BC. many tourist shops, and at the end of that is the entrance to the castle and plateau. Visit the ruins of the castle and houses, and climb up to the top of the dungeon tower for even better views.
Arles is a beautiful town famous for it's Roman architecture with a magnificent amphithreatre, cultural events and great shops and restaurants in the old town.
Avignon with the Pope's Palace and infamous half bridge. Lovely old town with winding streets and all shops and lots of restaurants. Plenty of summer cultural events.
