• 25% deposit due at the time of booking. 75% balance and refundable security bond due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen, towels and pool towels (not beach towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is located in open countryside, close to the hamlet of Saint-Mézard 15 minutes from Condom, midway between Toulouse and Bordeaux.

The Gascons are warm-hearted people and the owners enjoy good neighbours who are always ready to help their guests. The regional food and wine is excellent with foie gras and confit de canard being the specialities.

This is a beautiful area; surrounded by hills, amid cornfields and vines, at an average height of 82 meters, the region enjoys a micro-climate with lush, luxuriant plants in summer, which even in winter keep most of their foliage thanks to a mild average temperature (about 13°C) which is hardly different from that of Biarritz and Marseille in the deep South.

Lectoure (15 minutes) also has a good selection of shops and restaurants.

Further restaurants and interesting villages to discover in the immediate locale.
