• Security Deposit: €500 charged to client's credit card by Oliver’s Travels as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
• Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in GBP.
• 35% deposit due at the time of booking. 65% balance and refundable security bond due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
• Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen, towels and pool towels (not beach towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The property is set in lovely, open Gers countryside, 6 km from the local town of Eauze, in between, Mont-de-Marsan 65 km, Auch 50 km and Condom 25 km.

Eauze, 6km, capital of the Armagnac region with bakery, patisserie, butcher and supermarket, restaurants, cafés-bars, bank, skate park and lake.

The 15th Century cathedral is a good example of South French Gothic style, with an octogonal tower bell. You can still see some medieval remparts and half-timbered houses with exposed carved beams on the market square, especially Jeanne d’Albret’s house, dating back to the end of the 15th Century.
