Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (except for pool / beach towels).

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

Location

The property is situated in a residential area of the Occitanie (Languedoc) town of Montagnac, between the harbour town of Mèze and Pézenas.

Easy walk (10 minutes) into Montagnac with all amenities including restaurants, café bars, bakery, pharmacie, street market etc.

Pézenas, 6 km is a very attractive town with medieval streets, great shops and many restaurants. Excellent street market.

4 large supermarkets.

Mèze, 12 km, located on the lake next to the Mediterranean is a famous oyster-producing town and is known for its fabulous seafood shacks and restaurants.

Sète 30 km, has long Mediterranean beaches and a lovely town centre with harbour-side restaurants and cultural events.

Local airports; Montpellier, Béziers, Nîmes, Perpignan and Carcassonne.

Fabulous property for our family, the grandchildren loved the pool. Plenty of space, outdoor activities were fab, a boules competition was had. Lovely little towns nearby. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

The most perfect villa for a big family or group of friends. Very cosy and welcoming atmosphere inside with plenty of room for everyone. Lovely, comfortable and personal sleeping rooms. The kitchen had lots of equipment for having the best dinners at home by the beautiful dinner table in the garden. A wonderful garden for both little children, teenagers and adults with a big pool and comfortable beds for relaxing. Five minutes walk to buy freshly baked croissants at the boulangerie in the village in the morning and ten minutes drive to lovely Pézenas, some of us even walked there and enjoyed all lovely antique stores and the famous saturday market. We all loved the house, garden, pool and the village and surroundings of Montagnac and find it perfect to be 30 minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean. We also had some nice winetasting and went to Bouzigues to have lovely seafood lunches and dinners. We would definitely come back again and warmly can recommend Villa Cabanis as a great holiday home! / Ulrika with family from Sweden

Perhaps the best holiday home we have every stayed in - certainly the most cleverly arranged and incredibly well equipped for every conceivable purpose, practical or recreational. We have been a party of 11, easily accommodated in this delightfully spacious but still homely house and with an age range from 3 months to early 80's; truly something for everyone.

A perfect holiday home with everything provided in good working order. Enjoyed the entertainment montagnard on Tuesday nights. Visited Carcasssonne and whilst enjoyed it, found Pézenas to be just as interesting (if not more) and much closer! Will definitely return in the not too distant future.

9 of us stayed for the week. We have had a glorious time! This vila is so well equipped and clean! The pool has kept everyone occupied and cool - we have had temps in the 30's so we needed it. Roquebrun canoeing is a definite must - a great day for all ages. Pézenas, Séte, Mèze all lovely. The area is so quiet and people are very friendly. We will be back.
