Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The house is situated in the heart of the village of Gabian, a fortified medieval village among the Languedoc vineyards. Gabian has a population of about 700 and is situated at the confluence of two rivers, close to Pézenas and Béziers.

A charming and pretty old house with a private garden and small pool to cool off in. It was clean, extremely tasteful and comfortable. There were five of us and we had plenty of room. Good garden furniture outside and loungers by the pool too.
Eimear was a really helpful and responsive host with clear instructions and helpful tips. Gabian is a sweet little town and we enjoyed wandering down to the boulangerie for croissants and bread every morning. The local area is pretty and we went to various beaches and Pezenas all of which were easily reached by car. We all loved our stay and highly recommend it.

What a find- this beautiful house and garden were even more gorgeous than the photos. It felt like staying in the home of your most stylish, thoughtful tasteful friends, and being looked after immensely well! We loved it and it was extremely hard to drag ourselves away. The region was new to us and a delight- glorious and distinctive local environs and easy to access and explore slightly further afield places. Eimear and Sian could not have been more helpful, and we hope to return as soon as we can!
