Tourist Tax
Where applicable, Pure France is required to collect and remit local government tourism taxes on behalf of our property owners. These taxes are calculated and collected from guests at the time of booking. Pure France then remits collected taxes to the applicable tax authority on the property owners' behalf.

The villa is located in a residential area on the edge of the wine-making village of Margon, between Montpellier and Carcassonne.

5 minutes walk to restaurant in the village. Pizza, cheese and fish vans on Thursday. Bread delivery available (to be booked in advance).

Roujan supermarket (4.2 km drive or 3.3 km walk).

Roujan has a bakery and a restaurant and two café bars.

Pouzolles (2.7 km) with bakery and café-bar.

Magalas, Servian and Pézenas for more choice of cafés and restaurants.

Many wine domaines to visit locally and where to purchase wine.

Cassan Abbey is a historical monument from 18th century, 7 minutes drive from the property.

15 minutes to Vailhan, its lake and gastronomic restaurant.

Saint Thomas Golf course, 20 minutes drive.

We were a large family group and we had a great stay in this beautiful house combining the charm of original features and modern comfort. The kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped. What a superb and huge outdoor terrace where to spend great times with family or friends. Beautiful well maintained swimming pool in a superb garden with the bonus of the pétanque court. Very nice view of the castle of Margon. Hélène is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything is as described. You would not need more for a holiday. We recommend the property in total confidence.

Three generations of our family enjoyed our stay in Helen's lovely, spacious, well equipped house with its beautiful garden, pool, boules court, summer kitchen and vue du château!
Plenty of space, outside and in, as the heat allowed. The cooler basement provided table tennis, gym equipment and jigsaws, all completed during the extreme heat!
Location was great for canyoning (Héric), kyaking (Orb), river swimming (Reals), karting (nr. Laurens), scuba diving (Montpellier), painting classes (Pouzolles) etc.
Great local restaurants and bars (Roujan, Gabian) and small domaine wines to discover.
The large Super U in Roujan has an excellent adjoining boulangerie/patisserie, open Sunday mornings too.
Nothing lacking for a brilliant holiday!

We had a wonderful stay in the lovely, spacious house. The pool and outside area is absolutely amazing. Also, there are a lot of nice places to visit within driving distance. Highly recommended!
